Returns are only allowed for unused products in their original packaging, and we will refund the full amount of your purchase (excluding any shipping charges you paid). In the case that we shipped you a defective item or the wrong item, please send us an email at altobellos.co@gmail.com including photos of the defect or wrong item, as well as photos of the label on the package that we shipped to you. We will send you a replacement item as soon as possible after receiving your email notification. Please allow 20 business days.
